We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our US-based client and help ensure smooth coordination across teams and project milestones. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and BPO operations, excellent communication skills, and a knack for keeping things organized.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and timelines across different departments.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and set appointments for internal and client-facing activities.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and follow up on project tasks and action items.
• Communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders and team members.
• Support process documentation and assist with administrative or operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in the US Solar Industry is preferred
• A team player with a positive attitude.
