The role allows you to contribute to Diwa’s E-learning team in bringing education to life through creative and innovative systems for K-12.

• Monitor trends in various Philippine industries and determine how these can benefit the basic education sector.
• Write user stories/cases to articulate how the product feature/s will provide value to the users
• Manage product development process and ensure that all milestones are met with precision
• Collaborate closely with a team of software developers to ensure that the product’s vision is realized
• Perform system tests along with the Quality Assurance team to meet and exceed the level of quality set by Diwa
• Facilitate user acceptance tests and beta tests, both internal and external

• A passion for creating and designing products and solutions
• Proficiency in project management, project planning, and execution
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work and relate well with different teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A commitment to precision that’s reflected in keen attention to details
