What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables):

• Deep expertise in ERP platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, etc.)
• Skilled in process mapping using Visio or Lucidchart
• Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years in ERP implementation and process improvement
• Project Management certification is a plus
• Experience in change management and user training

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP system design and process analysis across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
• Develop detailed documentation including flowcharts and SOPs
• Recommend improvements and automation opportunities
• Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication
• Conduct impact assessments and drive change management
• Monitor post-implementation performance and optimize continuously
