Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be Bachelor's Degree holder (Preferably degree in Information Technology or Computer Science)
• Attended seminars in Customer Service, Audit/Accreditation as applicable and related to the position
• With at least six (6) months relevant work experience in enrollment in HEI
• Computer literate and be familiar of the MS Office Applications and related enrollment system

Responsibilities

Supporting the department's objectives: This involves fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities assigned to the position.

• Organizational and time management: The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Compliance with regulations: Ensuring adherence to data protection laws and regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable privacy frameworks.
• Advising on best practices: Acting as a subject matter expert and advising the company on best practices for protecting personal data.
• Overseeing data protection: Acting as the Data Privacy Officer (DPO) and overseeing data protection processes.
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable privacy frameworks. 

These responsibilities highlight the importance of the Advisement and Evaluation Associate in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the organization's data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
