Responsible for precise troubleshooting and repair networks, hardware and software components of desktop and laptop.
Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all CCTV, IP Telephony, and Firewall systems.
Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other computing flatforms. Organize workstation and cable management.
Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Monthly IT Audit and keep all PCs with optimum performances with all latest updates and patches.
Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and getting a minimum of 4 quotes for further approval.
Answers incoming calls and provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
File and maintain IT-related records.
Visit branches and check computers and CCTVS.
Back-up CCTV footages of branches every month and safekeep the back-up files.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
Coordinate repairs of office equipment and machines to respective suppliers.
Cover the reception area when necessary.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
