- upporting the development of new products
- Improving the development of existing products
- Assist in managing the launch of new products
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends (current and emerging beauty trends)
- Analyzing and documenting the product development process
- Point person for all information about the brand’s products
- Leading internal and external examination of the products
- Proposing suggestions for product prototype improvement in terms of formulation, product design, etc.
- Collaborating with the development team to guarantee the product is marketable in the local industry.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Any experience in a similar role will be meriting
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, especially makeup products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
