BULK MATERIAL PLANT OPERATOR

Your Role

As a Bulk Materials Handling Plant Operator, you will operate and maintain plant equipment to process bulk seed efficiently and safely. You will be involved in seed conditioning, treating, bagging, loading, and storage, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved in a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment for seed conditioning, drying, and treating.

• Load, unload, move, and store bulk materials including seed, using forklifts and conveyors.

• Bag, label, and palletize seed in line with production work orders.

• Conduct machine checks, clean-downs, and basic maintenance of equipment.

• Monitor seed quality and collect samples for testing.

• Accurately record inventory and production data using computer systems.

• Support safe handling and application of seed treatment products.

• Assist across plant operations to meet production schedules.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in bulk materials handling, plant operations, or agricultural processing.

• Forklift license (required).

• Chem Cert accreditation (advantageous).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

• Ability to work safely in a production environment with manual handling tasks.

• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak periods.

Requirements

• Must be a College Graduate or any Vocational Course Attainment

• Must be 5+ years’ experience in abroad

• English proficiency (IELTS/PTE)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

• Skilled in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing formwork using wood, metal or plastic

• Valid Passport, TESDA Cert, Driver’s License
