• Assemble fan components such as motors, guards, blades, and bases according to specifications.
•   Perform visual inspection of parts to ensure there are no defects before assembly.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
• Conduct functional testing of assembled units to ensure proper operation.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstation (5S compliance).
• Report defective materials or equipment issues to the line leader or supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.       
• Vocational/Technical course in Electronics or related field is an advantage.

Skills:       

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with assembly processes.     
• Ability to use manual tools (steel tape, wrenches, etc.).     
• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.     
• Basic understanding of quality checks and measurements.

Working Conditions:   

• May require lifting, bending, sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions and varying weather.      
• Use of safety gear and equipment as needed.
