We are seeking an individual with a passion for workplace safety who is ready to contribute to our culture of safety excellence.

What We Need

• Completion of Safety Officer 2 Training – REQUIRED
• At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of safety programs, practices, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead and conduct safety training sessions for employees
• Basic understanding of Food Safety regulations and ISO standards (ISO 45001)
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay safety protocols across all organizational levels
• Ability to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns proactively

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Lead safety training sessions for employees
• Monitor and evaluate workplace practices to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in the development and maintenance of safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Collaborate with management and team members to resolve safety concerns promptly
• Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are up to date and fully operational
