Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Operation Production Staff to support daily production activities, especially field operations and ammonia refilling, while ensuring product quality and safety. The role requires someone technically skilled, computer-savvy, and an excellent communicator, who can work efficiently both on the field and in reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field operations, including equipment monitoring and ammonia refilling.
• Support production line setup, quality checks, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate reports and operational records using computer systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school or vocational background; production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical handling.
• Computer skills and good communication.
• Physically fit for fieldwork and hands-on tasks.
