BS degree in Engineering
With knowledgeable in Production machines
Proven work experience in process engineering
Excellent technical skills
Knowledge of process related standards
Experience in process simulations
Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
CAD or AutoCad skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with foreign managers (can speak english)
Working experience in manufacturing is preferred
Can lead a team with good communication skills
Willing to work overtime and weekends
Can perform tasks assigned by the production manager
Communicate/report production errors and progress regularly
Analytical skills for troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions and finding answers that work
Ingenuity for using the broad concepts of chemical engineering and applying them to address specific production problems
Interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships with other employees working with the production process
Math skills for using the principals of advanced math topics including troubleshooting their work, calculus for analysis and design
