Organize production activities for the shift in order to achieve target safety and efficiently.

1. Regular monitoring of 4Ms - Man, Machine, Method and Material.

2. Monitor and report attendance by ensuring DWAR is accomplished and ensure that the available manpower is property allocated on the tasks schedules based on the set priorities.

3. Conduct regular toolbox meeting to discuss issues, turnover, new policies and import announcement.

4. Ensure that all production employees act in accordance to the company work rules, and safety and security rules and regulations.

5. Maintain a conducive working environment by strongly implementing 5s on all production areas before and after the shift.

6. Ensure that all item are produced in the guidance of the established general procedures are working instruction while aiming for a quality output and efficient execution.

7. Ensure machine parameters are monitored and in conformance to standard.

8. Accomplish Job Orders as soon as the machine problem is encountered and maintain communication with engineering and maintenance department in order to minimize downtime.

9. Ensure that all operators, technicians, and helpers do their reporting duties on the Production Monitoring Board and Log Books.

10. Ensure that all forms of every movement transacted during the shift are completed before and end of shift such as material requisition and product/nonconforming material turnover.

11. Train and evaluate technician, operators and helpers.

12. Keep tract on the production output e.g. scrap generated, finished goods produced, and remaining balance for production.

13. Ensure that all required materials are requested based on the production schedule and are made available ahead of the actual production run.

14. Effective coordinate with other departments in order to minimize production delays.

15. Accomplish and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

16. Ensure safety measures and company work rules are implemented on the production floor.

17. Propose and implement systems for process improvements.

18. perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.

• With atleast 6 months experience in Plastics Manufacturing Industry.
