Ensure smooth production processes, meet quality targets, and maximize efficiency.
Implement and adjust production schedules, and plan manpower and material resources.
Organize workflow, optimize personnel workload, and maintain equipment safely.
Monitor production output, troubleshoot issues, and submit performance reports.
Implement quality control programs, conduct inspections, and ensure product specifications are met.
Coach and train personnel, ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
Set and monitor individual KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and manage attendance and discipline.
Estimate, monitor, and control production costs, and implement cost control programs.
Enforce ISO-approved processes and standards, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.

College graduate in Food Technology, Engineering (EE, ME, IE), or equivalent.
Supervisory experience in production is a must; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
Knowledge of raw materials, HR principles, machines, tools, and engineering.
Solid computer and database skills.
Experience in quality inspection and corrective action programs.
Familiarity with QA tools, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards.
Knowledge of GMP and HACCP practices.
