• Reports to Production Head
• Responsible for planning, directing, supervising and controlling the performance and utilization of manpower, machines, materials and other resources to process all company products on time, with the lowest possible cost and within acceptable quality standards.
• Ensures the implementation of FSMS (IMS) in the factory.
• Supervise the production floor, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Responsible for teaching, training and constant guidance of the factory workers in the correct manufacturing (processing, filling/packing) procedures.
• Develops ways of improving line efficiency and/or lowering production costs.
• Conducts team briefing to inform his subordinates on shift programs and instructions, developments and problems encountered.
• Prepares, initiates and visa necessary reports and/or documents, which may be needed by other departments.Prepares Work instruction (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production related documents.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
• Atleast 2 years work experience in a Food Manufacturing company
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and willing to be trained
