• Oversee daily liquid production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule production workflows to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Manage team performance by providing guidance, training, and mentoring to production staff.
• Implement and maintain safety and quality standards in the production facility.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
