The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with safety and company standards. This role leads and coaches production staff, monitors performance, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Operations

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure production schedules and quotas are met on time.
• Monitor workflow, equipment, and manpower to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.

2. Quality Control

• Ensure all products meet quality and company standards.
• Implement corrective actions for deviations or defects.
• Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues.

3. People Management

• Lead, guide, and train production staff.
• Monitor attendance, behavior, and performance of team members.
• Enforce company rules, policies, and safety procedures.
• Conduct coaching and provide feedback when necessary.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily production reports, manpower reports, and output summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, outputs, rejects, and downtime.
• Recommend process improvements for productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
