Job Requirements

a.       Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

b.       At least 1 year in Supervisory position

c.       Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage

d.       Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience

e.       Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, 15022000, ISO[TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines and other related standards related to Food Safety preferred

f.        Ability to manage and adhere to Production Schedules and Production Planning

g.       Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

h.       Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols

i.         Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail



Job Requirements

• Supervise daily production operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), ISO, FSSC, FDA, and other food safety standards.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, materials, and schedules.
• Train and guide production staff to follow safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production with sales and delivery requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workplace safety and product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows.
• Report production performance and recommend improvements to management.
