• Manage user access to systems and perform system configurations
• Respond to system issues, perform troubleshooting, and work with the other teams to identify solutions issues
• Conduct pre and post production testing to ensure that the application and systems are working properly
• Monitor system availability and performance
• Collaborate closely with the Product Managers, Software Developers and QA Engineers to improve the system stability
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
• Have basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, network), preferably 3-6 years of experience in the FinTech industry handling IT Production Support
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
