Responsibilities:

• Source the manpower complement needed within the area assignment, according to the project requirements
• Lead the training of manpower and ensure contracts are complied
• Supervise and lead a team within the specific area, and ensure compliance with the execution according to the cascaded project mechanics
• Monitor and assess team performance, and ensure manpower is job-fit to the project
• Assign and guide team leaders according to the project directions and strategy
• Ensure the inventory of projects is well monitored and maintained.
• Ensure project consumables (office supplies, project supplies) and tools are functional, complete and requests are made for replenishments at a timely manner
• Ensure timely submission of team leaders of daily reports
• Tracks the project allocations and targets are met
• Handles the routing and scheduling of the manpower in the area
• Conduct regular audits of projects handled
• Lead the troubleshooting of project related concerns in area assignment
• Ensure correct consolidation and preparation of the payroll guide
• Prepare budget request and handle budgets of manpower movements related to the projects
• Ensure proper and timely liquidation of manpower
• Prepare area-level reports according to project requirements
• Act as a liaison of GVE HQ and regional clients for any concerns, movements and directions 

Requirements

• College Level Education
• Preferably with high experience in activations
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Above average communications skills (Filipino, local dialect in the area)
• Comfortable with client interfacing
• With network of manpower in assigned local area
• Highly experienced in manpower management or has experience with leading a team or an area
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Willing to be assigned in any area within the region
• Willing to work long hours
• Preferably with a motor/car
