Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, or related course.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (English & Filipino).
• Experience in team coordination is an advantage.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset.
• Stable internet connection and working laptop/desktop.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

• Document meeting notes and action items.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth workflow transitions.
• Suggest process improvements.

Client & Communication Management:

• Coordinate reports and project summaries.
• Handle communication via WhatsApp, email, social media inboxes, and internal GCs.
• Process meeting notes into actionable tasks.
• Address client concerns promptly.

Internal Reporting & Admin Tasks:

• Update attendance records.
• Facilitate agenda discussions and follow-ups.
• Attend meetings, complete surveys, and update necessary documents.
• Monitor Sprout HR.
• Coordinate with the different departments.

Engagement & Other Tasks:

• Participate in company events and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with research, encoding, and other project management tasks.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
