Planning & Scheduling: Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.

Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance and forecasts.

• Identify and flag schedule risks and deviations.

Cost Control:

• Track project costs against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Monitor procurement expenses, subcontractor billing, and material usage.
• Assist in the preparation of cost forecasts and financial reports.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders,
• RFIs, and progress reports.
• Generate regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Risk & Change Management:

• Support project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in evaluating change orders and their impact on cost and schedule.

Communication & Coordination:

• Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to gather information and resolve issues.
• Participate in project meetings and take responsibility for tracking action items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil
• Engineering, Construction
• Management, Project
• Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project control, project coordination, or planning in the construction industry.
• Experience with large-scaleinfrastructure or building projects is an asset.
