JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Development Specialist is responsible for supporting sales efforts and achieving targets for each Telecommunications Products/Services and for assisting the Sales and Product Specialist in portfolio marketing activities.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in simultaneous and multiple promotion and selling (hunting and farming; upselling and cross-selling), in a consultative manner, of Telecommunications BU’s portfolio within assigned product and services range, client accounts, geographic area to achieve sales targets

• Assists in marketing activities to generate opportunities, create awareness, and demands on Telecommunications BU’s product and services

• Organizes meetings and requirements discovery with potential customers/partners to uncover their needs and support selection of correct product or service

• Establishes and maintains productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned client accounts with patience, understanding, empathy and attentiveness to increase retention

•   Achieves and maintains high customer experience ratings

• Assists in securing offer preparations (Technical-from Solutions Design Team and Commercial) and follow up client orders

• Monitors applicable laws, regulations, technologies and communicate their perceived impact to the organization, business, and clients

• Attends conventions and conferences to be abreast and up-to-date with frameworks, applicable laws, regulations, technologies, vulnerabilities and assess and communicate the impact to the organization and its practices

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCES:

• Engineering graduates are preferred

• Experiences in Sales, Marketing and Product Development/Management in Telecommunications Industry is preferred.

• At least (2) year of aggregate work experience in the same field is preferred.
