• Assist in preparing work status of the works with corresponding percentages for proper work evaluation of the sub-contractor
• Provide accurate numbers in terms of work progress which helps the company in delivering proper solutions to site problems
• Assist estimates using the issued plans and specifications
• Assist bid documents in coordination with the Construction Manager and Engineers
• Assist tabulation of proposals submitted during the bidding
• Assist contract documents of awarded packages and coordinates with respective signatories
• Checks conflicts between the plans and specifications including different trades
• Assist the Construction Manager and Engineers in evaluation of contractor’s progress billings
• Assist Construction Manager and Engineers in preparation of cost for change order claims
• Maintain and complies cost estimates
• Checks completeness of plans and specifications
• Maintains an updated cost database for reference in estimated
• Attends site meetings involving cost and procurement
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer
• Must be licensed and registered
• Have minimum 1 year experience
• Knowledgeable in Cost Estimation
