The Project Manager will ensure that transformation projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope. He/she will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors in order to achieve desired outcomes and complete project implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan using appropriate project management tools and identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project life cycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Refine project scopes and objectives, ensuring feasibility
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Business Transformation Head or appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources / vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of project management experience in business or IT projects
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
