JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Native Japanese Speaker
• This opportunity is for a 12–18 months project based in Japan
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, Marketing or any related courses
• With excellent project management skills and are an expert on relevant tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge in print, digital, video, presentations, etc.
• Knowledgeable in current trends in traditional and new media (augmented/virtual reality, social media, etc.)
• Ability to lead and mentor colleagues and freelancers and managing vendors
• Experiences handling clients/stakeholders and excellent problem solving skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to be a strategic thinker who understand people, design, business and technology
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, requesters and internal departments
• Overseeing and managing incoming requests received from the Design Studios Team
• Lead projects with an international team where necessary and pair with a creative specialist team establishing frameworks and visions.
• In charge of all operational tasks such as managing internal and external resources
• Monitoring deadline and iterations, organizing vendors and checking invoices
• Negotiate and Monitor deadlines, oversee weekly report performance and coordinate and plan the capacities of the PM team
• Coordinating meetings such as client meetings and scoping calls, creating and updating manuals for the PMs and managing communication among PMs
• Developing and implementing trainings, holding meetings, brainstorming sessions
• Managing project timelines in collaboration with Design Studio Managers
