We are hiring for IT ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR / SUPERVISOR

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, managing network systems, servers, and databases.
• Proven experience leading and executing IT projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
• Hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware. software, and network issues across multiple departments or teams.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, guiding and developing Junior IT Staff, setting performance expectations, and promoting teamwork.
• Practical experience working with IT infrastructure, including system administration (Windows/Linux servers), network management (LAN/WAN), and security systems.
• Experience in managing databases, including performing backups, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing database performance.
• Experience in handling MES.
