The IT Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s IT operations to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of systems and infrastructure. This role involves supervising IT staff, leading projects, and providing technical support across multiple departments. The IT Supervisor will also handle system administration, network management, and database maintenance while ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily IT operations, including network systems, servers, and databases
• Lead and execute IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, LAN/WAN networks, and security systems
• Oversee database management, backups, and performance optimization
• Guide and develop junior IT staff, set performance goals, and foster collaboration
• Implement IT policies, security measures, and compliance standards
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• At least 3–5 years in IT operations, managing network systems, servers, and databases
• Proven experience in leading and executing IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including system administration (Windows/Linux), network management (LAN/WAN), and security systems
• Experience in database management, backups, and optimization

Leadership Skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, guiding and developing IT staff
• Ability to set performance expectations and promote teamwork
