As Technical Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise the technical team on a day-to-day basis to ensure performance standards, quality, and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and monitor pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Sales accounts and clients.
• Communicate project progress, technical issues, risks, and challenges to the assigned manager.
• Manage technical schedules, calendars, and resource allocation based on Sales department requests and project demands.
• Inspect work in progress and completed tasks to ensure compliance with technical standards, SLAs, and timelines.
• Perform quality control and review technical deliverables, documentation, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor service delivery, workload distribution, and resource utilization to support capacity planning.
• Track client contracts, project periods, licenses, renewals, and communicate improvement opportunities for technical services.
• Support budgeting, purchasing, and procurement processes by tracking requirements and preparing requests.
• Assist in business continuity and recovery activities, including backup, restoration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Provide feedback and performance reports of technical staff.
• Assist in strategic planning and implementation for the Technical Department
• Maintain up-to-date technical expertise through training, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• With prior supervisory or lead experience is a plus
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with a variety of hardware, software, and networking technologies
• Experience with IT Infrastructure and Project Management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals to deliver exceptional service
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
