We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our team, focusing specifically on residential housing developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing project documentation, overseeing quality control, and assisting the Project Manager in the planning and execution of all site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Management Support:
• Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of housing construction projects.
• Monitor site progress and compare it against the master schedule, reporting any potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work.
• Technical & Quality Control:
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Manage and track the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal processes.
• Perform regular quality checks and inspections on construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Ensure all necessary quality control documentation and testing records are maintained.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Work with the Site Safety Officer to promote and enforce site safety protocols and regulations.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local and national building codes and environmental regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain organized and comprehensive project records, including daily reports, progress photos, inspection logs, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, project updates, and cost tracking documentation.
