We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer will be responsible for technical supervision, day-to-day site activities, and coordination with contractors, clients, and design teams.

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.

• Interpret construction drawings and plans, and ensure accurate execution on site.

• Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and costs.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during construction.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and documentation.

• Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed on site.

• Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure work meets specified standards.

• Assist in planning and scheduling of construction work and resource allocation.

• Maintain and organize site records including material usage, labor, and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Site Engineer or similar role.

• Knowledge of construction methods, health & safety practices, and engineering standards.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
