Reviews and interprets blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and construction detailed drawings.
Knowledgeable on the scope of work.
Prepares technical construction specifications and methodologies.
Prepares preliminary construction or project schedules, minimum S-curve. Can make adjustments in event of early start or project delay.
Supervises daily construction activities and ensures works are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Reports and submits daily to the Construction Manager daily activity and accomplishment reports.
Reviews and evaluates work performance of subordinates and subcontractors handled.
Interprets plans and estimate actual material take-off for requisitions.
Helps in the estimate and quantity take-off of specific trade.
Consistent on the preparation of logbook from start to project completion which includes helpful information, i.e. Project
Prepares submittals for submission, i.e. Material Submittals and Loadings, monitor these submittals until completion.
Helps ensure that billing requests to clients are properly processed, on time and monitored based on cash flow schedule.
Prepares billing requirements.
Reviews and recommends approvals of request for payments of vendors.
Alignment of FCD vs Bid Plans, with the concurrence from ESD, notify Client any discrepancies from the bid plans.
Estimates and prepare variation orders, using the aligned BOQ as reference.
Ensures quality of workmanship.
Implements standard client and/or company safety procedures.
Organizes workload to ensure deadlines are met; schedules work assignments in order of priority and date received.
Proper delegation and instructions of scope to staff/manpower.
Oversee Safety and QA/QC.
Weekly reporting via face-to-face meeting or Online Group Chat.
Accounts for complete close-out of specific trade or area handled.
Participates in the implementation of safety and quality programs.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager & Higher Management.
