• 2–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (entry-level roles may accept internships).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Technical & Engineering Support

• Interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical documents.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and workers.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction methods for compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and ensure rectification of non-conformities.
• Maintain quality records and prepare inspection reports.

4. Safety Management

• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Report and prevent potential hazards or unsafe practices.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Communicate design changes or clarifications to the site team.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Maintain logs for site activities, materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing measurements, bills, and project documentation.

7. Resource Management

• Monitor use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and equipment as per schedule.
• Support procurement activities by providing accurate site requirements.
