We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations and ensure that all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project plans and specifications. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Check and review technical drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for the project.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented on-site.
• Support in resolving any technical issues or site challenges that may arise.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (or other design/drafting software).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willing to be assigned on-site and work extended hours when needed.
• Can start immediately.
