1. Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams on-site
2. Monitoring progress and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
3. Identifying and addressing potential issues or risks, and implementing corrective measures
4. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project compliance
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project activities
6. Providing technical support and guidance to construction workers
7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
