Plan, organize, direct and execute all phases of Engineering work involving the installation, repair and maintenance of all machines, equipment, building and internal/external projects of the company.

• Supervise and lead a team of engineers crews
• Adopt hands on approach in the planning, supervision, control and installation, repair, renovation and maintenance of all machineries, mold and equipment and building structures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Implement engineering best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for engineering projects.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.
