Position Title: Site Engineer (Licensed Civil Engineer)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: On-site – (Pasay City)

We are hiring a Site Engineer (Licensed Civil Engineer) for the Hotel Project in Pasay City. The Site Engineer will assist in supervising site works, monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Supervise and monitor installation, alignment and bolt tightening of steel structures.
• Monitor work quality and safety compliance at the project site.
• Assist in preparing daily reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other project staff.
• Resolving technical and site-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
• Experience in bored piling works and steel structure erection.
• At least 5–10 years of relevant site engineering experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction works and materials.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hotel, high-rise or commercial building projects.
