• Ensuring a project is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.
• Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost, and equipment selection.
• Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
• Accounting for engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.
• Developing project-specific procedures for the work to be carried out.
• Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems, and ensuring solutions are implemented.
• Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.
• Evaluating, organizing, and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
• Conducting surveys to gather field data.
• Preparing and interpreting blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aids.
• Reviewing development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
• Implementing and supervising projects.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 3 years of technical experience in HVAC (e.g., repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, commissioning, etc.)
• Excellent ability to structure and solve technical problems
• Computer literate and has analytical skills
