Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Civil)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project-in-Charge in Plumbing and Sanitary works
• At least 5 years of experience in vertical/horizontal construction
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in standard office applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SketchUp, and AutoCAD
• Available to start ASAP

Job Description:

Responsible for directing, organizing, controlling, and implementing Plumbing and Sanitary project activities under the direction of the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Project Manager (PM).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective implementation of all site work, activities, and operations to meet contract obligations
• Attend site coordination meetings and assist in determining project requirements; keep the CTO/PM and others informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations
• Maintain proper installation at the site in accordance with approved construction and shop drawings
• Ensure the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site
• Coordinate between the project site and the project management team, including requests for additional manpower, materials, and equipment
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide updates on project status and any issues that may affect client relations
