The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating CLMC’s day-to-day construction, engineering, and property management operations. This role ensures that all projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with engineering regulations and company policies. The Operations Lead works closely with Management, Project Engineers, Procurement, and Finance/Admin to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all active projects (construction, engineering, and property management)
• Ensure compliance with approved project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Supervise and coordinate Project Engineers, site personnel, and support teams
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and operational risks; escalate issues promptly
• Coordinate with Procurement on material availability, vendors, and cost control
• Work closely with Finance/Admin on billings, cost monitoring, and documentation
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational controls
• Prepare regular operations reports for Management and recommend process improvements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years experience in construction or engineering operations, with leadership exposure
• Strong project coordination, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of construction workflows, costing, and basic contract administration
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and alignment with CLMC values
