DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer product-related questions, offer assistance, and provide recommendations based on their needs. 
• Product Promotion: Demonstrate product features and benefits, highlight promotions, and create interest in products to encourage purchases. 
• Merchandising & Display: Arrange and maintain store displays to be prominent, appealing, and well-organized, ensuring products are easily accessible. 
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and submit reports on inventory status. 
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store environment clean, neat, and inviting for customers. 
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities and inventory to the management team. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the products being promoted, including features, benefits, pricing, and current promotions. 
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding service, build rapport with customers, and handle inquiries effectively. 
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to clearly explain product information and persuade customers. 
• Sales: Ability to identify customer needs, suggest appropriate items, and close sales.
