• Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of company premises
• In charge of maintenance in company facilities
• Ensures proper waste management disposal
• Supervise issuance of stocks and ensure proper accounting of stocks/materials
• Managing maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are maintained in good condition
• Supervise the scheduling of company drivers
• Overseeing maintenance of all company cars
• Ensuring compliance with the rental agreements of rental properties
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
• Experience Level: At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer service-oriented.
• Working Conditions: Mondays- Saturdays 8:00 Am- 5:00 Pm
