Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Mandaluyong and multiple properties. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations, manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, comply with permits and collect rent, and ensure property compliance with regulations and safety standards.

• Experience in budgeting and financial management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
