The Public Relations & Operations Manager is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, increasing customer traffic, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Le Verre Wine & Coffee. This role focuses on in-house guest engagement, community presence, creative promotions, and sales-boosting initiatives. The Manager acts as a brand ambassador—ensuring every guest interaction reflects Le Verre’s warm, premium dining experience.


Key Responsibilities


Guest Relations & Brand Presence

  • Serve as the main representative of Le Verre, warmly welcoming guests and ensuring memorable customer experiences
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests, local businesses, and the community
  • Actively engage with guests on-site to gather feedback and understand customer needs
  • Promote Le Verre’s offerings through in-person interactions, events, and partnerships
  • Lead initiatives to improve first impressions, ambiance, and overall dining atmosphere


Operations Management


  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure seamless service flow
  • Manage reservations, guest seating, and table rotation to maximize efficiency
  • Solve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistency and quality
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and service standards


Promotions, Sales & Customer Growth


  • Develop creative promotions to attract new customers and increase repeat visits
  • Brainstorm and execute ideas such as themed nights, wine pairings, steak specials, and seasonal offers
  • Collaborate with the team to design in-store promotional materials
  • Analyze customer behavior and peak hours to create strategies that increase sales
  • Plan in-house events to draw traffic—e.g., Ladies Wine Night, coffee tasting sessions, steak sampling events
  • Build partnerships with nearby businesses, offices, and communities to drive walk-ins and group bookings
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to boost revenue


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and able to speak English clearly
  • Experience in hospitality operations, PR, guest relations, or service management
  • Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative thinker with the ability to design promotions and sales ideas
  • Strong leadership skills; able to motivate and guide a team
  • Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, premium dining environment
  • Knowledge of wine or steakhouse dining is a plus, but not required
