Penerangan

  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Monitor order status, ensure on-time delivery, and follow up with suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain and update supplier information, price lists, and procurement records.
  • Ensure all purchased goods and services meet required specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with Accounting for payment processing and documentation.
  • Work closely with Inventory, Operations, and other departments to fulfill procurement needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing cost analysis and procurement reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget controls.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software/systems.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Knowledge of supply chain procedures is a plus.
