  • Assist in procurement activities and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and pricing with vendors.
  • Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Support the purchasing team in strategic sourcing initiatives.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or project coordination.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in procurement software, and excellent communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in procurement processes, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and with a problem-solving mindset.
