Keterangan Kerja
- provides the required logistics through proper canvassing, purchasing, and other efficient means.
- Technical functions:
- Create a purchase order as per the instructions of management.
- Create a monitoring sheet for every issuance of notice to proceed
- Send the purchase order copy to suppliers and all site offices for receiving purposes to determine if the materials are delivered properly or not.
- Monitor the delivered materials based on purchase orders
- Prepare requests for payment for all suppliers and give them to the Treasury Department.
- Conduct an inventory of all construction site
- Monitor the inventory materials
- Monitor the materials price adjustment/canvas materials
- Human relations or customer service functions:
- Constantly communicates with co-employees, other departments, site offices, and suppliers.
- Other duties or functions being performed:
- Clerical and encoding tasks
- Filing
- Educational attainment: Graduate of any four-year course
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in written and oral English communication
- Computer-literate and adept at Excel
- Driver's license
- Personal qualities needed:
- Hard-working and resourceful
- Team player
- Honest and Trustworthy
- Work conditions:
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Can Work under pressure
- Can work multi-tasking
- Can work in different working environments
