Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Issue and track purchase orders; ensure timely product/service delivery.
Maintain vendor relationships and purchasing documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/warehouse teams.
Prepare cost analysis reports and support procurement planning.
Resolve supplier issues and uphold procurement policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory control; 2+ years preferred.
Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and data‑driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with purchasing or ERP systems is a plus.
Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Driver’s license (Car license 1 or 2) and willingness to travel are advantageous.
