• Graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration
• With at least 3-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• With strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• With excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for managing supplies
• Knowledgeable in ISO procedure
• Willing to start ASAP

Job Description:

• Responsible in Purchase of all raw materials and components for the company's exact production requirements by collating and analyzing order requirements and supplier information. Prepare Purchase Order and documents in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on time (import and local)
• Handling and checking of claims and measurements. Prepare reports and summarize data on monthly basis.
• Reviews Purchase Requisition. Reviews quotation. Check orders to identify the product types and quantities to meet production demand.
• Managing supplier's quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Coordinates with accounting regarding payables in order to assure prompt and accurate payment to suppliers.
• Monitor and check stocks of raw materials and components.
• Oversee the over-all performance of each suppliers and subcontractors.
• Oversee in Purchasing activity and perform other duties which may be required by management from time to time.
