Position: Purchasing Supervisor

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Salary: Php25,000 – Php30,000

Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Professional Certifications in certified purchasing is advantage
• Proficient in procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Experience working with managing supplier relationships

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the purchasing team, ensuring efficient workflow, task delegation, and adherence to procurement policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing strategies to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and overall procurement operations.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management.
• Resolving supplier issues, delays or discrepancies
