Position: Purchasing Assistant Supervisor

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Calamba, Laguna

Salary Offer: Php15,000 - Php25,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)

Work Schedule: Weekends Off (7:00AM-5:40PM)

Requirements:

• Open for Non-Bachelor's Degree holder
• With experience as Purchasing team Leader or Assistant Supervisor
• Amendable to work onsite
• Amendable to work as soon as possible is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with the organization's procurement strategy planning and management.
• Oversee and mentor younger clerks to guarantee compliance with business procurement guidelines.
• Accurately and efficiently review and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Assess the performance of suppliers and support the upkeep of vendor relationships.
• Assist in finding ways to cut costs and in negotiating terms and prices with vendors.
• Inventory each month
• prevent shortages or overstock, keep an eye on stock levels and work with warehouse employees.
• Keep thorough purchase records and make sure procurement systems are updated on schedule.
• Work together with internal departments to address delays and inconsistencies.
• Help with market research to find possible suppliers and substitutes items or materials.
• Verify adherence to procurement, corporate policies, and internal controls.
